The mechanical system includes a protective lead room and a tube screen inspection loading and unloading assembly line. The protective lead room houses the X-ray source and imaging plate movement mechanisms. The X-ray source can be raised and lowered vertically, with a continuously adjustable focal length from 550 to 1000 mm. The source offers a flexible operation range of ±30° for both oscillation and rotation, allowing for flexible selection of illumination angles and times. The oscillation and rotation angles do not interfere with each other. The imaging plate can be rotated horizontally by ±30°. The imaging plate is vertically controlled, lowering when the tube screen moves and raising when the screen enters the inspection position in the lead room.
